Tuguegarao's owner started many months ago with a single lembest store, he tried the lechon business there (in the far north) since there are not much of a lechon manok business in his province. Slowly and little by little his lembest became popular in his area getting more sales than he imagine. By this time, he was blessed by opening his 4th outlet enjoying the lechon business and keeping mind as he stated: " My secret is the strategic location, good management and quality products."

Truly lechon manok is still a business that will never fade and will continue to grow for the years to come. Location is the main foundation of any business and lechon is always a food that pinoy loves.
